Terms and Conditions

Version 1 · updated 10/18/2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses Little Keys ("the service"). Accounts are created by Parents/Guardians aged 18 or over, who accept these terms for themselves and for the children they add.

Accounts

  • Only a Parent/Guardian may create an account. Children use a child code created by their Parent/Guardian.
  • Keep your password, recovery codes and child codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One subscription covers one child. Additional children may carry an extra fee shown before purchase.

Free trial, subscriptions and coupons

  • The free trial includes a limited number of songs.
  • Prices, billing periods and any special offers are shown before you pay. Specials end on their stated date or when their places are used up.
  • Coupons are single-use per family, cannot be exchanged for money and may expire.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, try to break its security, copy its content or use automated tools against it.
  • Family Song Maker uploads must be music you are allowed to use. Do not upload other people's personal information.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

Content

  • Lessons, artwork and arrangements belong to Little Keys or are used with permission.
  • Songs you add with Family Song Maker stay private to your family.

Availability and liability

  • We work hard to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
  • The service is a learning aid. Supervise young children when using devices.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

Ending your account

  • You may ask us to delete your account at any time through Grownies → Help. Deletion removes your children, progress and uploads permanently.

Changes

  • If we change these terms we will show the new version and ask you to accept it before continuing.
